Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP)

The Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) makes funding available to assist households that are unable to pay rent or utility bills.

What Does This Program Cover?

Rent, up to 15 months of rental assistance

Utilities, electricity, heating, water, sewer, and trash.

Other, internet bills, relocation costs

Who Can Apply? 

Both residents and landlords can apply for funding. Open to Wayne County residents, excluding Detroit. If Detroit resident, please apply here
